The main microprocessor is a multi-functional device that boasts of multimedia decoding, R4000 based CPU and a vector unit named as Virtual Mobile Engine. For visual pleasure, the gaming console comes with a TFT LCD screen capable of producing 16.77 million colours. Clock speed of the CPU was initially capped at 222 Mhz, but after some enhancements we are given to understand that the Giga Pack would allow game to run at the full speed of 333MHz.
